Job Description:

SOCALOCA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Ghana. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organisation. You will oversee all departments, including HR, coordinate the workflow of Regional Field Operatives and Customer Service operations, handle escalated queries, and be responsible for the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Department Oversight: Supervise and manage all departments within the organisation, ensuring they operate cohesively and efficiently.
  1. HR: Keep up to date HR files on all staff, ensuring compliance with Ghanaian Law.
  1. Workflow Coordination: Coordinate the workflow of Regional Field Operatives and Customer Service operations to ensure that tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  1. Query Resolution: Attend to any queries that have been escalated from sub-departments, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Marketing Campaigns: Take overall responsibility for ensuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign outcomes.
  1. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to office staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth and development.
  1. Office Administration: Oversee office administrative tasks, including supply management, maintenance, and other day-to-day operational activities.
  1. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
  1. Reporting: Generate reports on departmental and organisational performance as required by management.
  1. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management,  Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign effectiveness is a plus.

Starting Salary range: GHS 6,000 pm
