The final day of the league was held on July 25, 2025. Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) emerged as the first-ever champions after a tense penalty shootout against Union Ghana. The final match ended 1–1 in regular time. Joojo Caleb scored for GCAA with Union Ghana equalising at the last minute. GCAA ultimately secured the title with a 4–2 victory in the shootout.
In the third-place playoff, the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) emerged victorious against the National Petroleum Authority (NPA). The match ended in a penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw.
